Visa Information
Citizens of most countries can apply for a visa online or get visa on arrival in Cambodia. However, the following countries should arrange a visa before travelling from their nearest Cambodian Embassy:
- Afghanistan, Algeria, Saudi Arabia, Bangladesh, Iran, Iraq, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Sudan, Nigeria.
For most visitors to Cambodia, visas are obtainable upon arrival at both Phnom Penh and Siem Reap International Airports in Phnom Penh and Siem Reap, respectively. On land, the visas can be obtained at International Check Point boarders at Thailand, Vietnam, and Laos. - A 1-month tourist visa costs $30 USD on arrival and requires one passport-sized photo and a passport with a minimum 6 months validity
E-Visa
- Tourists can also get E-Visa through online services at the cost of $36 USD at www.evisa.gov.kh.
- This tourist visa is valid for 3 months, starting from the date of issue with a length of stay of 30 days within the country.
- The longest a visa application takes is three days. However, many applicants get their approved visa applications in their email within 24 hours.
- Requirements for the visa are
- A passport validity of more than 6 months at the time of entry
- A recent passport-size photo in digital format (JPEG or PNG)
- A valid credit card (Visa or MasterCard)
