DAY 01
Siem Reap
Welcome at the airport and transfer to hotel. Visit the grand circuit: Neak Pean, Preah Khan and Pre Rup, Prasat Kravan, etc. Overnight in Siem Reap.
DAY 02
Siem Reap
In the morning, have breakfast at the hotel. Visit the south gate of Angkor Thom, Bayon, Baphoun, Phimeanakas, Terrace of Leper king and Elephant. Afternoon visit the Angkor Wat “The Great Wonders”, Bakeng and enjoy the sunset at Bakeng Hill. Overnight in Siem Reap.
DAY 03
Siem Reap
In the morning, have breakfast at the hotel. Visit the small circuit: Ta Keo, Ta Phrom, Bantey Kdey, East Mebon and Srah Srang. In the late afternoon, visit Bantey Srei “The City of Women” and Bantey Samré. Overnight in Siem Reap.
DAY 04
Siem Reap - Yangon
In the morning, have breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to the airport for the flight to Yangon. Arrival Yangon and welcome at the airport. Transfer and check in at the hotel. Visit the Botahtaung Pagoda- the combination of stupa & temple, the colonial area, the Sule Pagoda-the landmark of Yangon City Centre, and the Chaukhtatgyi Reclining Buddha Image. Finally, visit the Shwedagon Pagoda-one of the wonders of the world. Overnight in Yangon.
DAY 05
Yangon - Bagan
In the morning, have breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to the airport for the flight to Bagan. Visit colourful local market, the Shwezigon Pagoda-the glory of Bagan, the Htilominlo Temple-the best pilaster carving, the Nathtaukkyaung – monastery made of teak wood, the Ananda Temple-the masterpiece of Bagan, the Gubyaukgyi Temple-the best mural paintings of 11th century, the Manuha Temple-huge Buddha Images, the Dhamayangyi Temple-the biggest temple in Bagan, the Sulamani Temple-the 12th century temple, which is proud for its colourful wall paintings, the lacquer-ware workshop-the unique of Bagan, etc. Finally, enjoy the sunset from Sunset Hill. Overnight in Bagan.
DAY 06
Drive to Mt.Popa (50 km, 2 hours). Proceed to Mandalay (240 km, 5/6 hours)
In the morning, have breakfast at the hotel. Drive to Mt.Popa-an extinct volcano which is known as “Home of the Spirits” and observe the life of rural area on the way such as producing the palm sweets. We may stop several places for making the photos and knowing the countryside. Climb up 777 steps to reach of top of Mt.Popa cliff temple and enjoy the landscapes. Come down and proceed to Mandalay. Check in at the hotel and leisure. Overnight in Mandalay.
DAY 07
Excursion Amarapura, Sagaing & sightseeing Mandalay
In the morning, have breakfast at the hotel. Visit Mahamuni Buddha Image-one of the most sacred Buddha Images in Myanmar. Excursion to Amarapura (01:00 hour), an ancient capital of Myanmar, where we can observe the life of over 1000 monks at Mahagandaryon Monastery & silk weaving factory. Proceed to Sagaing, where we can observe the fascinating landscapes of the Ayeyarwaddy River from serene Sagaing Hill, the place of over 700 monasteries. Drive to Mandalay and visit traditional handicraft workshops such as, marble carving, gold leaves beating, Kuthodaw Pagoda -the world biggest book, Shwenandaw (Golden Palace) Monastery – the finest of wood carving, etc. Finally enjoy the sunset on top of Mandalay Hill where we can admire the beauty of Mandalay City, Shan Plateau, etc. Come back to hotel and leisure. Overnight in Mandalay.
DAY 08
River cruise Mingun - Ava (Inwa)
In the morning, have breakfast at the hotel. Boat excursion to Mingun (01 hour) along mighty Ayeyarwaddy River. During the river cruise, we may enjoy the fascinating landscapes of the river as well as the daily life of the people living along the Ayeyarwaddy. Visit Mingun pagoda – unfinished pagoda & the biggest ringing bell of 90 tons, the unusual Myatheindan pagoda. Proceed to Ava (Inwa) by boat for about 02 hours. On the way, we may observe the beauty of serene Sagaing Hill & bridge from the boat. Arrive to Ava and visit by horse carts to Maenu Okkyaung Monastery-built by the chief queen in 1818 for the venerable chief monk is the unique brick type building of 19th century. Afterwards, visit the Nan Myint Tower-27 meter masonry high is declined due to the earthquake in 1811 and the Bargayar Monastery-well known for its wood carving with 267 teak pillars. On the way back to Mandalay, enjoy the sunset by crossing over U Bein Bridge. Overnight in Mandalay.
DAY 09
Fly to Heho. Drive to Pindaya (45 km, 01:30 hours). Proceed to Inle (97 km, 02:30 hours)
In the morning, have breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to the airport for the flight to Heho. Drive to Pindaya and enjoy the marvelous landscapes of hilly region with vegetables plantation, terrace-landing cultivation, etc. Visit the Pindaya Caves-houses 8094 Buddha Images & umbrella workshop, which is made of pulp. Proceed to Inle and on the way, visit Shweyanpye Monastery-typical Shan Monastery. Check in at the hotel and overnight.
DAY 10
Excursion Inle
In the morning, have breakfast at the hotel. Boat excursion on the lake. Visit In Thein pagodas in ruins covered by trees and bushes, floating gardens, floating villages, Lotus-petal robe weaving looms & silk weavign at In Paw Khone village, Phaungdaw Oo Pagoda-the most venerable pagoda on the lake, jumping cats monastery, etc. Overnight.
DAY 11
Fly to Yangon
In the morning, have breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to the airport for the flight to Yangon. Upon arrival, visit to Bogyoke market (except on Monday & public holidays) and Chinatown. Leisure on your own. Overnight in Yangon.
DAY 12
Departure
In the morning, have breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to Yangon International Airport for the departure flight.
