From riding a cruise at sunset in the world heritage Bagan to observing gem making in the ruby land Mogok, this trip has it all to combine Myanmar’s heritage.

DAY 01

Arrival Mandalay

Welcome at Mandalay International Airport and transfer to hotel. Afternoon city tour in Mandalay start for visiting of traditional handicraft workshops such as, marble carving, gold leaves beating, Kuthodaw Pagoda – the world biggest book, Shwenandaw (Golden Palace) Monastery.
Finally enjoy the sunset on top of Mandalay Hill where we can admire the beauty of Mandalay City, Shan Plateau, etc. Come back to hotel and leisure. Overnight in Mandalay.

DAY 02

Excursion Sagaing & Ava. Enjoy the sunset at U Bein

Early morning leave for Sagaing (around 06:30am) and direct drive to the SMALL JADE MARKET in Sagaing and visit (Busiest time of Jade market is around 07:30am).
Continue visit KA NAR TAW Village where villagers are earning making Myanmar Traditional Toys and distributing it to the pagodas. We can see Myanmar traditional toys in every pagodas and which are attracting to the children. We can learn the process of making toys in the village (remark: workshops will be close on full moon day / Dark moon day and Sabbath days). Then visit KAUNGMUTAW PAGODA, Silver Smith workshop and then drive up to Sagaing Hill, the place of over 700 monasteries. Visit Soon Oo Pon Nya Shin Pagoda where we can observe the fascinating landscapes of the Ayeyarwaddy River from serene Sagaing Hill. Continue to Ava and visit by horse carts to Maenu Okkyaung Monastery – built by the chief queen in 1818, Nan Myint Tower – 27 meter masonry high, Bargayar Monastery – well known for its wood carving with 267 teak pillars. Come back to Amarpaura and enjoy the sunset by crossing Over U Bein Bridge. Overnight in Mandalay.

DAY 03

Mandalay-Mogoke

In the early morning, depart from Mandalay by car after breakfast about 7 hours drive which is 128 miles from Mandalay City.
First driving part is passing through flat and plain after that driving through mountain ranges there are nearly one thousand bends and curves along the route.
On the way stop at some villages and study their traditional customs and daily work. They are living on farming, woodcutting, weaving thatch for roofing and selling regional products of vegetable.
Stop at Shwe Nyaungbin village, named after a majestic banyan tree, after driving about 5 hours. Upon arrival, visit Pan Ma Htar Pwe Gem Market (West part of Mogok) and Daw Nant Kyi Mountain sightseeing near Mogok. Overnight in Mogoke.

DAY 04

Mogoke

Morning visit to Aung ChanThar market with ethnic hill tribes in and around Mogok. Visit Kyat Pyin village, west of Mogoke, visit gems mines in open pit and four-feet-square one of Lin Yaung Chi Ruby mine, and ShwePyi Aye Ruby Mine to observe their daily work. Then studying at the Gem markets (Htar Pwe), gem cutting and polishing are included. Continue visit to gold smith and gem souvenir shops, and places of interest in Mogok and also visit Lisu villages. The last view of Mogok from ChanThaGyi pagoda.
Overnight in Mogoke.

DAY 05

Mogoke - Mandalay

Visit Kyat Pyin market and then drive back to Mandalay by passing through mountain ranges. Evening arrival Mandalay and check-in at the hotel. Leisure on your own and overnight.

DAY 06

Mandalay-Bagan

Leisure on your own. Transfer to the airport for the flight to Bagan. Upon arrival, if time permits we may observe the sunset on a sunset hill. Transfer to hotel and check-in. Overnight in Bagan.

DAY 07

Bagan

Visit colorful local market, Shwezigon Pagoda – the glory of Bagan, Htilominlo Temple – the best pilaster carving, Nathtaukkyaung Monastery – monastery made of teak wood, Ananda Temple – the masterpiece of Bagan, Gubyaukgyi Temple – the best mural paintings of 11th century, Manuha Temple -huge Buddha Images, Dhamayangyi Temple – the biggest temple in Bagan, Sulamani Temple – the 12th century templethe lacquerware workshop – the unique of Bagan, etc. Finally, enjoy the sunset on top of a Sunset Hill. Overnight in Bagan.

DAY 08

Bagan

Visit Lawkananda pagoda, which has the fascinating river view, Payathonezu temples with mural paintings, Nagayon Temple of 11th century, Apyeyadanar Temple with mural paintings, etc. In the late afternoon, visit Minanathu village to observe the life of people. Finally, we may take the boat ride on the mighty Ayeyarwaddy River during the sunset time. Overnight in Bagan.

DAY 09

Bagan -Heho - Pindaya - Inle

Transfer to the airport and flight to Heho. Upon arrival at Heho airport, Drive to Pindaya by enjoying the marvelous landscapes of hilly region with vegetables plantation, terrace landing cultivation, etc. Visit the Pindaya Caves – houses 8094 Buddha Images. And then continue to Inle Lake. Transfer and check in at the hotel and overnight at Inle Lake.

DAY 10

Excursion Inle

Boat excursion on the lake. Visit to the local tribe market if coincides, In Thein Pagodas, Lotus petal robe & silk weaving looms at Inn Paw Khone village, Phaungdaw Oo Pagoda the most venerable pagoda on the lake, Ngaphechaung monastery, etc. Overnight at Inle Lake.

DAY 11

Inle - Heho - Yangon

Transfer to Heho airport and flight to Yangon. Upon arrival, transfer to hotel and check in.
Walking tour starts with Colonial Area as the city featuring the faded colonial architecture of the old post office, Pansodan Street with Colonial architecture Building and walk up to the Pansodan Bridge to make good photos of colonial area and bustling street. Continue walk to High Court and Mahabandoola Garden including the Independence Monument along the way and Sule Pagoda, heart of City Center. Then visit Chauk-htet-kyi Pagoda; to see life like Reclining Buddha Image in guest-receiving position with Buddhist Monasteries around the Temple. In the evening, visit to the magnificent Shwedagon Pagoda; one of the wonders in the world and noted for its religious significance and artistic beauty. Enjoy the sun-set from the Great Temple. Offer the Planetary Post which belongs to your Birthday with water, flowers, candle lights, and incense sticks. Then back to Yangon and leisure. Overnight in Yangon.

DAY 12

Departure

Transfer to International Airport for departure.
